When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Employers: You warrant that all job postings are accurate, lawful, and do not discriminate against any protected class.
Job Seekers: You warrant that all information provided in your applications is accurate and truthful.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our community guidelines or applicable laws.
Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually as selected by the employer.
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to our refund policy.
CPD course fees are subject to a 3% platform fee when applicable.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

In no case shall Job Title, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
